By ordering tickets, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Contract
A legally binding contract will come into existence when your order is accepted by Eventbrite.
Acceptance of an order placed by you is subject to the condition that tickets are available for the event selected by you.
Eventbrite will notify you by email if they accept your order. Acceptance will be deemed to have been effectively communicated to you when The Eventbrite sends your confirmation email (whether or not you receive such communication).
No order will be accepted until Eventbrite has received full payment for the cost of the tickets plus booking charges and transaction fees and where applicable postage and VAT and any other associated costs.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned. Tickets which are resold or transferred for any reason by anyone other than Incredibly Cool Events Ltd or an authorised agent will become voidable and the holder will be refused entry.
When ordering tickets online, please ensure you have checked your basket prior to committing to purchase. After purchase, there is not an opportunity to rectify mistakes.
If the event is cancelled we will make notification by posting on the event website.
If an event is moved to another date we will make notification by posting on the event website, we suggest that you always check the website before you begin your journey.
Content at The Kids’ Festival is appropriate for a family audience with children aged 8 and under however, please see our What’s On page to check the age appropriates for each activity. Please ensure that you read all the information on the event website prior to booking tickets.
Tickets entitle the holder to attend The Kids’ Festival for a specific 4 (four) hour session on a specific day as selected or two (2) four (4) hour sessions (AM and PM) on a specific day. Please note that if purchasing two (2) sessions on the same day, you will be required to leave the event and re-enter the event in the midsession interval.
All ticket holders who have purchased a four (4) hour ticket and wish to attend again in the same day or on a subsequent day will be required to purchase additional ticket(s) and pay the relevant admission fee.
You may leave the event and return the same day re- entering The Kids’ Festival if your ticket/wristband permits this. Please note that re-entry is not guaranteed as the venue may reach visitor capacity in your absence. Please be guided by the event staff. Re-entry closes 15 minutes prior to the end of each session.
Incredibly Cool Events Ltd does not guarantee that every ticket holder will be able to experience, including but not limited to, every show, activity, or ride at The Kids’ Festival and tickets holders are aware that not all, including but not limited to, exhibits, rides, shows and experiences are suitable for every age, height, or ability.
The Kids’ Festival is a fun, vibrant, noisy event and it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian purchasing tickets to decide whether The Kids’ Festival is suitable for the minors in their care.
There is no admission to The Kids’ Festival without a ticket.
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and all adults must be accompanied by a child. Incredibly Cool Events Ltd operates a strict no lone adult policy. Please note that if you are refused entry, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
The right to refuse admission to The Kids’ Festival is reserved by Incredibly Cool Events Ltd at all times and/or event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion and may from time to time carry out security searches. Guests should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by security staff to move and possibly remove the contents. No glass bottles, recreational drugs, or alcohol may be taken into the venue.
We would advise customers that no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, being or appearing to be under age, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings. Animals (with the exception of registered assistance guide dogs for the blind/deaf) are not admitted to the venue.
Price and Dispatch
Tickets will be dispatched to the email address given when the order is placed.
Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt and inform The Eventbrite of any errors as soon as possible.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Eventbrite of any change of address, contact number or email address, both before and after the receipt of goods.
No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets unless suitable reason is given and accepted by Eventbrite and Incredibly Cool Events Ltd who have full and final decision.
If a customer orders more tickets than the maximum allowed as indicated during the booking process, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
We will not be responsible for failure of any delivery services employed to deliver on time.
All tickets are subject to availability. Please note that babes in arms (children aged 12 months and under) do not need to purchase a ticket for The Kids’ Festival.
Please note that ticket prices are subject to change and can increase at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to withdraw any ticket offers at any time without notice.
Liability
In all arrangements involving third parties we act only as your agent and no liability of any kind whatsoever shall be attached to us in connection with or arising from such an arrangement with a third party.
